American Burger Bar

Looking like someplace Roger Sterling from Mad Men might go for lunch, American Burger Bar is a classic, vintage-esque restaurant focusing on an even more classic part of American food culture: the burger. Chef Rino Baglio provides interesting takes on the seemingly simple sandwich, including a Kobe beef burger with foie gras, Parmesan cheese and truffles; he also expands his menu to include pasta, entrees, and salads (vegetarians, fear not). The drink menu will really help you get in the Mad Men mode—just try to keep it under three martinis on your lunch break.
