Join Copenhagen-based ensemble Efterklang and Brooklyn duo Buke & Gass as the Walker Art Center begins a new season this Saturday. Drawing from classical roots, Efterklang has established itself over the last ten years as mainstays of both otherworldly pop and grandiose orchestration. Pairing up with Buke & Gass's hybrid instruments (a buke is a baritone-ukelele, a gass a guitar-base), this is a concert that's sure to be refreshingly unique. Be sure to arrive early for the season's launch party in the Balcony Bar featuring complimentary food and drinks.
Saturday, September 11
