Be Good to Yourself

As a freelance writer and fitness trainer, the economy does not leave much securty. But there's a silver lining -- especially in the fitness department. I recently took on a new Gyrotonic® client. Her hours were cut, leaving her less income but, happily, she now has an extra day a week for herself. And that's how she's using it: for herself. She wants to get back to her body, to feel the joy of movement, to unwind the tension that life and work bring. I am grateful that Gyrotonic is on her list and that she found me to introduce her to this intelligent exercise system, capable of opening up the entire organism, invigorating muscle, nerve, circulation, mind and spirit. In cultivating generosity to ourselves, we cultivate it in the world around us. Be good to yourself. Give to yourself, even if you think you don't have enough. You will be amazed at what the perspective of abundance can bring. It's contagious.
