Okay, I don't usually blog about skin treatments -- though I've tried many -- but this one has been such a relief this winter that I couldn't help myself. The herbal-scented, moisturizing skin solution^tm, absorbs quickly into the skin without oilness. It caught my attention because it was developed by Saga Stevin, a local woman, to help heal her horse's scratches. The solution, made of plant-based  natural, organic and essential oils, Omegas 3, 6 and 9 and vitamins too numerous to list regenerates skin cells and protects against environmental damage. I don't know about all that, but it feels great on my skin this winter. I started with my hands and then put it on my face, at first only at night, thinking it would be too oily for daytime use. But it is so light and easily absorbed that I started putting it on several times a day. While I swear by it for dry skin, it has been amazing for help with scars caused by accidents and surgeries, acne and those recovering from laser proceedures.
