A Winter Dinner @ Azia

Food should play a bigger role than a way to stave off hunger and fill your stomach. At Azia Restaurant, the chefs acknowledge that the possibilities available in the culinary world are too vast to simply be used for nourishment alone. Last summer, Azia celebrated food and all its glory with monthly dinners, parties and celebrations centered on, you guessed it, their stellar menu. Now, Azia is moving the party indoors with the Fuyu (winter) Dinner, a four-course meal encompassing tasty morsels from the A25 menu as well as a variety of drinks provided by Crispin Hard Cider, including their newest brew, The Saint. From fusion cocktails to crispy pork tenderloin, the dinner exemplifies how food can be more than just a way to get full; it can be a dynamic flavor adventure.
