Sip some single malt, nibble some haggis and appreciate the true manliness of men braving the Minnesota winter in kilts. Merlin's Rest has daily happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. But you'll want to stick around past happy hour - there's always something magical happening in the evenings at Merlins. Wednesday is pub trivia night with questions by local poet and METRO contributor Bill Watkins (see his How-To on writing dirty limericks in this month's issue), this Thursday features a scotch tasting and Friday is  - you guessed it - kilt night!
