With a Transformers-like robot man as their mascot,
One Man Minneapolis strives for the ultimate man. This annual event is currently taking entries through March 5 for, as the title implies, one man who best represents the Twin Cities. Last year 235 men were whittled down to 20 semifinalists before police officer and Peace Foundation member Mark Klukow ultimately won the prize. Each candidate represents one charitable foundation. The candidates are judged on their community involvement, personality, intelligence and fitness. If you or someone you know is the epitome of the well-rounded male this is their moment to show what it really takes to be a man. Plus you've got to love the tang line, "Nice guys finish first."
